Albatross, They are large seabirds that eat cephalopods, fish, crustaceans and offal. There are 21 species of albatross that live mainly in the south hemisphere.

  1. Hey Saveu,

Great facts about our national bird the kiwi. You have been doing great work and your nearly finished all of the activities.

    Keep up the great work!

  2. Hello Saveu
Amazing facts about the Kiwi and the Albatross. You are doing a awesome job. Keep up the great blogging!

  3. Hi Saveu,

You are the first person to choose the 'Albatross' for this activity and I'm really glad that you have. It's a pretty unusual looking bird that very few people know much about. In fact, I did not know anything about them until I moved to New Zealand because we don't have any albatross living in Canada!

I did not know, however, that there were 21 different species of albatross. That's pretty amazing. Do you know how many, if any, of the different species live here in New Zealand?

Thanks for teaching me something new, Saveu. I love learning new things ;-)
